Hi all! I’m back to talk about my Keto Soup Diet Day 2. If you are just running across this post, you can catch up by checking out Reset the New Year and Keto Soup Diet Day 1,
It’s never too late to begin and this is a timeless post so read the first two and get your plan together, leave a comment for me and I will answer.

How Is It Going So Far?
As noted in a previous post, I have already lost 7 pounds just getting back on regular keto diet a few days prior to beginning this.
I lost half of a pound over night and I am good with that. I was not too hungry and ended up fasting for 19 hours.
I began the meals at 2PM with my 2 eggs and 2 bacon and “bullet proof” coffee.
Unfortunately, I suffered a migraine again as well as a bout of vertigo, so I was simply not having a. great day.
I had the soup around 6PM which was as good today as it was yesterday. Really loving it.
I got a bit hungry and decided to have the snack. I am not a fan of tuna but I made it and ate it with the celery.

Summary
It is difficult when I am not feeling well to make a concrete conclusion, but I will try.
I took a selfie today to send to a family member showing me wearing something they gave me for Christmas and when I looked at the photo I was shocked. I could clearly see the weight loss in my face having had taken photos on New Year’s Eve. So that was a very encouraging sign.
The typical swelling above my eyes that is a reflection of inflammation after eating gluten had disappeared.
My hands looked dehydrated. I should drink more water!!!
I was not thrilled to eat egg salad which was not on the menu for the day but since I had not eaten yesterday I had the choice and the thought of more eggs was kind of nauseating to me. Hence, I would not do well on the Keto Egg Fast.
Tomorrow
Tomorrow I will go on to Day 3. There are only 5 days in this diet so I can get through it but I am getting bored with it for sure. Usually I can go quite a long way on a monotonous menu, but because there may likely not be carbs in this diet, I think it is hitting my food desires harder.
I give thanks that I am posting this because even if no one has read it, the act of me posting it makes me feel accountable and I will not give up. Without this accountability, I may have gone back to regular keto since I was doing so well already.

The best news is cravings are gone and I have a major head start on getting to my weight goal in the next 5 weeks. That is everything!
